Program overview
Formation for those who serve and lead
God calls people to lead in every sphere — the local church, the workplace, nonprofits, and the mission field. This program prepares you to lead the way Jesus did: as a servant. It weaves together biblical foundations, spiritual formation, and the practical skills of guiding, shepherding, and organizing people toward a shared calling.
Whether you’re already leading and want to grow, or you sense God stirring a new calling, your mentor will help you build a plan that develops both your character and your competence — because good leadership flows from a well-formed heart.

- The biblical vision of leadership as service
- Shepherding, discipleship, and caring for people
