Our Mentors

The heart of Day Lily is its people. Meet the mentors who will know you by name and walk with you the whole way.

People, not just professors

Guides for the journey

Our mentors are teachers and practitioners — pastors, scholars, and counselors — but above all they are companions. Each one is committed to knowing you, praying for you, and helping you learn and grow at the pace of your real life.

How mentorship works

You’ll never study alone

From your very first term, you’re paired with a mentor whose background fits your goals. Mentorship at Day Lily is steady and personal — not a form to fill out, but a relationship to grow in.

  • Regular one-on-one check-ins by video or phone
  • Thoughtful feedback on your reading, writing, and projects
  • Encouragement, prayer, and honest counsel along the way
  • A partner in shaping and adjusting your study plan over time
