What we look for

Heart over resume

You don’t need a certain GPA, prior college, or a polished testimony. We simply look for a few things that make for a fruitful journey:

  • A genuine desire to grow in knowledge and faith
  • Curiosity, and a willingness to work hard at your studies
  • Openness to mentorship and honest conversation
  • Respect for our shared Christian convictions and community
