Program overview
A broad foundation for a thoughtful life
The liberal arts have always been about more than a career — they’re about becoming a wiser, freer, more fully human person. This program invites you to read the great books, wrestle with big questions, and trace the story of human thought and culture, all within a framework shaped by a Christian understanding of the world.
You’ll move across history, literature, philosophy, and the arts, learning to think clearly, write well, and see the connections between ideas. Your mentor helps you weave these threads into a coherent path — one that cultivates not just knowledge, but discernment and love.
This is also home to our general academic degrees: you can major in history, English, psychology, communication, philosophy, or business administration — each taught from a Christian worldview, and open to students of any background.
What you’ll explore

- The sweep of history and the ideas that shaped it
- Philosophy, logic, and the art of careful reasoning
